Allan Norburn COWAN on Monday, September 24th, 2018, at the age of 74. Husband of Janet Cowan. Father of Laurie Garner, Richard, and Todd and Lisa. Grandfather of 12 grandchildren and 1 great-grandson. Also survived by sisters Maureen and Mary, and brother Warren. Predeceased by his parents Frank and Marion, and his first wife Donelda.
At Allan’s request, there will be no funeral home visitation. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held at The Royal Canadian Legion Branch 469, Elmira, on Sunday, October 21st, from 2 until 5 PM. It is an open house style and relatives and friends are welcome to come and go during that time.
