Luke Combs Doles Out Punishment For Fantasy Football League
There have been some pretty funny fantasy football punishments over the years, but nothing might be as wild as what Luke Combs made his buddies do.
He was doing a show at Paycor Stadium, where the Cincinnati Bengals play, and he asked the crowd, “Who knows what fantasy football is in here?” To which everybody raised their hands.
Luke then said,
“I’ve been in a fantasy football league with some of my best friends from high school for 12 years now, and last year we decided whoever lost was going to have to come on stage and sing with me tonight.”
And he went on to say that because of a scoring issue in the last game, there were actually TWO losers, so they both had to come out and sing.
“I am so excited . . . and these guys have been nervous about this for a long time.”
Some people online weren’t convinced it was that bad, because it’d be awesome to sing in front of a crowd of 60,000 people. But for Luke Combs’ two friends, this definitely felt like a punishment, because they were awful singers.
They really struggled their way through, “Walking in Memphis”. But it was funny, and everybody loved it . . . regardless of how much they bombed.
