The Chicks Plan Tour Celebrating 20th Anniversary Of ‘Taking The Long Way’
The Chicks revealed sixteen concert dates for fall 2026, marking two decades since their Grammy-winning album Taking The Long Way was released.
The tour kicks off September 30th in Detroit at the Fox Theatre.
Natalie Maines, Martie Maguire, and Emily Strayer will perform the complete fourteen-song album live for the first time, followed by classic hits and fan favourites.
The record was the trio’s first release following Maines’ controversial criticism of President Bush, becoming both a commercial and critical success. Tickets become available June 4th at 10 AM local time across all venues.
