Lauren Alaina Is Pregnant With First Child
Lauren Alaina teased her pregnancy in the music video for her new single, “Those Kind of Women,” which premiered on Wednesday, January 22.
In an interview with People following the debut of her video, the 30-year-old country singer – who was the runner-up on the 10th season of American Idol back in 2011 – confirmed the exciting news that she is indeed expecting her first child with husband Cam Arnold.
“[I] I can love something that I haven’t even really held yet. I feel the baby inside me, and it’s kicking me and doing all of the things. It’s like I was the Grinch or something, and my heart grew.”
Alaina and Arnold got married in February of 2024, and she reveals that the pregnancy has “bonded” them “even more” than their marriage did.
