Riley Green Wows Phillies In Batting Practice
Major League Baseball already has a Riley Greene, he’s an outfielder for the Detroit Tigers, but the league could have another, who can also sing!
Riley Green, the country singer, recently performed at Citizens Bank Park, the home of the Philadelphia Phillies, and he got to take some cuts during an on-field batting practice session.
And he was GOOD.
The Phillies shared the footage of Riley, and the broadcasters were impressed.
“Take a look at some of these swings. He’s a BIG DUDE . . . look at those arms . . . That [hit] would’ve been a double play, but that one went OUT . . . he hit one off the State Farm sign in left center field. Nice swing.”
