Late Sunday night around 11 p.m. Morgan Wallen allegedly threw a chair off the sixth story roof of Eric Church’s new bar “Chief’s” on Broadway.

The chair landed only a few FEET away from two cops, and it’s a miracle someone wasn’t hurt or killed.

If you aren’t familiar with the Broadway bar scene in Nashville, there are people literally everywhere.

The flying chair was caught on surveillance video and witnesses say they watched him pick up the chair and throw it over him, laughing afterward.

Michael Phillips, the security personnel at the recently opened Chief’s Bar in Nashville, appeared on ‘TMZ Live’ to recount what he witnessed on Sunday night.

Morgan was booked by the Metro Nashville Police Department on three counts of felony reckless endangerment and one count of misdemeanour disorderly conduct.

His bail was set at $15,250. He posted and was released soon after he got arrested.\

Morgan has not commented yet.

The only celeb so far to chime in was John Rich.

“I can’t help but recall all the destructive, crazy things I did early on in my career. The combo of intense pressure, expectations, and over-the-top success is a dangerous cocktail. It takes a lifetime to build what he’s built, and ONE SECOND to destroy it.”
