Cody Johnson Brought To Tears By A Bone Marrow Transplant Survivor
During a show in California over the weekend, Cody Johnson was brought to tears when he saw a young girl holding a sign that said, “I survived my bone marrow transplant to see CoJo. Your biggest fan.”
Cody stopped the show to step off the stage to hug the kid.
After returning to the microphone he took a few seconds to compose himself and wipe away tears.
Then he told the young lady, quote,
“You don’t ever give up, you understand? Don’t you ever give up. Keep fighting strong.”
Another fan at the show was so moved, he GAVE HER his cowboy hat, which was already signed by Cody.
