A Second Woman Has Accused Jimmie Allen Of Sexual Assault
A second woman has filed a lawsuit accusing Jimmie Allen of sexually assaulting her.
She’s listed as “Jane Doe 2” because a different woman, the original “Jane Doe”, filed her own lawsuit a few weeks ago.
According to “Variety” Jimmie met the woman on a plane in May of 2022.
He got her number and then pursued her for months.
He told her that he and his wife had separated, and he was falling in love with HER.
They finally met up in Vegas sometime last year. She agreed to go to his hotel room and consented to “having relations”. She ALSO told him there would be limitations because she wasn’t on birth control.
Jimmie agreed, but once things started, he did NOT honour that, despite her repeated requests to stop. He even said he wanted to get her pregnant.
When it was over, he passed out. She tried to wake him up but couldn’t, so she decided to leave.
But on the way out she saw his phone in the closet, and it had been RECORDING everything. She took the phone with her and turned it in to her local police department.
According to the lawsuit several other people will be able to corroborate her story. That includes a friend she called immediately after the assault, plus employees of the hotel where it happened.
She’s suing for battery, assault, invasion of privacy, and emotional distress.
Jimmie’s record label has now dropped him because of this second assault charge. They had originally “suspended” activity with him, but now they’re completely cutting ties.
