John Michael Montgomery’s Tour Bus Crashed
John Michael Montgomery and two others were injured when their tour bus crashed in Tennessee on Friday.
Everyone is okay, but John did break some ribs.
He released this statement . . .
“We had a serious accident on the way to a concert. Everyone on the bus is recovering from their injuries. Despite cuts and broken ribs, I’m doing well. I am grateful to the medics and highway patrol for their quick response.”
He added that he’s taking some time off to heal and will be back on the road soon.
Sounds like it could’ve been worse. According to a Tennessee Highway Patrol report, the bus was travelling south on I-75 near Jellico, Tennessee when it “veered off the interstate, hit an embankment and overturned.”
