Dolly Parton Teaming Up With Reese Witherspoon
Dolly Parton’s new book, Run, Rose, Run, co-written by James Patterson, is headed to the big screen and she is set to star in the movie in addition to co-producing.
Actress Reese Witherspoon will also co-produce on behalf of her production company, Hello Sunshine.
There is no word yet on the role Dolly will play or when production will get underway.
Run, Rose, Run was published on March 7th and debuted at Number One on The New York Times bestseller list.
Dolly also released a companion album of the same name on March 4th, also debuting at Number One on the Current Country albums, American/Folk and Bluegrass charts.
