Kelly Clarkson Part Of Dolly Parton Tribute At ACM Awards
Kelly Clarkson just revealed on her talk show that she’ll be part of a Dolly Parton tribute at the ACM Awards.
“I’m going to be performing at the ACMs on Monday, March 7th . . . and I have a special tribute planned just for her.”
Dolly is set to host the ACMs with co-host Gabby Barrett and Jimmie Allen on March 7th in Las Vegas. The show will Livestream exclusively on Amazon Prime.
Kelly didn’t give details, but I’d be shocked if Dolly doesn’t join her to sing their new version of “9 to 5”.
March 7th is also the day Dolly will be releasing her new book, “Run, Rose, Run” and the accompanying soundtrack.
Spotify released a couple of teasers, one features Dolly playing a character in the book named Ruthanna Ryder.
You can also hear her singing a song from the soundtrack called, “Big Dreams and Faded Jeans”.
