Miranda Lambert Says “Bluebird” Offers Hope
Miranda Lambert is closing in on the top spot on the country charts with her latest single, “Bluebird.”
She co-wrote the song for her latest album, Wildcard, and Miranda said it offers a message that so many need to hear these days.
“It’s got, it makes me feel- It kind of makes me go inward a little bit and think about the lyrics, and it’s got this hope to it. It’s got a darkness to though, but it’s also hopeful in a way of life is going to give me lemons, period. Like, if there wasn’t problems, we wouldn’t appreciate the great days, you know? But going through those things and overcoming problems, whatever they are make us strong and appreciate the sun. You know, 10 straight days of rain and then the sun comes out. And you are like, I forgot how much I loved it!”
