Brett Kissel & Alan Jackson To Perform At Drive-Ins
Brett Kissel has sold out six drive-in concerts scheduled for a casino lot outside Edmonton.
The concerts will take place on June 13 and 14 with three two-hour shows on both nights, and a capacity of 185 cars per show.
Proceeds will go to food banks through a program set up by grocery chain Sobeys.
Meanwhile, Alan Jackson has bought into the drive-in concert idea.
He’s doing back-to-back “Small Town Drive-In” shows on June 5th and June 6th.
The first one is in Cullman, Alabama, and the next night he’ll be in Fairhope, Alabama.
There will be social distancing, and they’ll follow the CDC and Alabama health guidelines. Some 2,000 vehicles will be admitted but there will be NO tailgating. You can order concessions by a phone app, and they’ll deliver them to you.
A portion of the proceeds will go toward food relief efforts in each region.
