Maren Morris Hit About Her Relationship With Husband
Maren Morris wrote her latest hit, “The Bones,” at a time in her life that she was feeling rock solid with her husband, Ryan Hurd.
She said that was the same sentiment that her co-writers, Laura Veltz and Jimmy Robbins, were experiencing in their respective relationships.
“We just started talking about how gracious we were with our relationships at the time. I was really feeling so solidified in my relationship with my then-fiance and now husband. We all were super solid with our partners and so writing this song about like the bones of a house — you know, even if a hurricane comes, a storm, the structure of the house is still standing. The foundation of this relationship isn’t going anywhere.”
Maren will give birth to her first child, a boy, sometime early this year. She has not officially announced a due date.
