Mabel JACKLIN (nee Sanburn) of Wingham, on Thursday, at the age of 85. Wife of Leslie Jacklin of Wingham. Dear mother of Elizabeth and Ken Cowan and Rick and Vicki Jacklin. Grandma of Sarah and Bob Boertien, Matthew Cowan and Rachel Adair, Melissa Cowan and Aaron Biliski, Jarryd Jacklin and Meagan Chamney, Jamael Jacklin and Courtney Clark, and Jordan and Jen Jacklin. Great-grandma of 7. Sister of Isabelle Hislop, Mae Thorpe and Edith Quipp. Sister-in-law of Leonard and Ully Jacklin, Don Jacklin, Joyce O’Connell and Glen Jacklin. Predeceased by her parents Meldrum and Viola Sanburn, son Reuben Jacklin, brothers Charles and Jack Sanburn and 4 brothers-in-law.
Visitation will be held at McBurney Funeral Home, Wingham on Sunday from 2 until 4 PM. Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Monday at 11 AM.
