Lassaline, Larry (Age 66, n/a)

Larry LASSALINE, peacefully, at Victoria Hospital, London on Sunday in his 67th year. Dear brother of Iris and her husband Wayne Wallace, Richard and his wife Carol, and Lois and her husband Keven Ward. Predeceased by his sister Beth O’Keeffe. Larry will be missed by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations to the London Health Sciences Centre Foundation would be appreciated by the family.

McGrail, Bruce (Age 29, frmly Wingham)

Bruce McGRAIL of Edmonton, formerly of Wingham, unexpectedly as a result of a motorcycle accident, on Saturday at age 29. Father of Dominic, Olivia, Violet and Isaiah. Cherished son of William and Linda McGrail of Wingham and Dawn Talbot of Florida. Dear brother of Laurita and Raf Martynowski and their son Max, Billy and Ashley McGrail and their children Liam and Maisie. Grandson of William Senior and Laurita McGrail. Predeceased by his grandmother Julie Barnes and grandfather Donald Gentile.
A memorial service will be held at Fresh Wind Revival Centre, 21 Lloyd Street, south of Wingham on Wednesday at 1 PM.

Douglas WITTICH of Carmel, Indiana and Gould Lake, Ontario at Kelso Pines Villa, Owen Sound on Saturday. He was 72. Survived by his wife Jean, son Steven and Liz of Carmel; sister Deanna Turtan of B.C., brothers Arnie and Terrie Lynn Clark, Wayne and Angie Clark, Ross and Brigitte Clark, and sister Linda Barfoot. Predeceased by his maternal parents Florence Elva Arnold and Herbert Allan Clark and his adoptive parents Irvin and Mina Wittich.
Doug’s family invites friends and colleagues to the Mighton Funeral Home, Hanover on Thursday from 6 until 9 PM, where a Celebration of Life is held on Friday at 11 AM.

Mary O’MALLEY, formerly of Wingham and Teeswater, on July 17th at age 96. Wife of the late Charles O’Malley. Mother of Maureen and Steve Steinbach of Cambridge, Mary Helen and Don Deakin of Killaloe, Catherine O’Connor of Stratford, Edward of Teeswater, Patricia and Blake Devitt of Kincardine, Terrance and Mary of Elmwood, and Teresa and Ben Blackwell of Teeswater. Missed by 15 grand- and 20 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by son Richard, son-in-law Terence O’Connor, sister Catherine Crunican and brother Richard McNamara.

Grandmother of Daphne and Ken, Darcy, Christine and Adam, Cathleen and Joe, Jeff and Andrea, Sherry, and 10 great-grandchilden. Sister of Dorothy Fairweather. Sister-in-law of Florence Bridge and Audrey Alexander.
Visitation is at the Heritage Funeral Home, Palmerston on Tuesday from 2 till 4 and 7 to 9 PM. Funeral Service from Palmerston United Church on Wednesday at 11 AM.

Mother of Gordon and Lorraine Burrows of Clarkesville, Tennessee, James and Joan Burrows of Owen Sound, and Robert and Barbara Burrows, and Brian and Brenda Burrows, all of Palmerston. Missed by 11 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and by her sister Audrey Loughran.
Visitation is at the Hardy-Lee Funeral Home, Harriston on Tuesday evening from 7 until 9, where the funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 1:30 PM. Interment in Harriston Cemetery.

Grandfather of Heather Bell and fiancé Tanis O’Connell, Trent Bell and friend Anna Darling, Taylor, Dawson, Darby and Avrie Goetz, and Carmen Hamilton. Brother and brother-in-law of Robert and Barb Bell, Marilyn Buffo, Ron and Betty Weiss. Missed by nieces, nephews, the Hamilton and Duck families.
A celebration to honour Clayt’s life will take place at the Teeswater Culross Community Centre on August 13th, from 1 until 5 PM with remembrances shared at 3.

Remembered by 5 grand-, 8 great-grand and 2 great-great-grandchildren. Sister of Wallace and Joanne, Dale and Julie and Darrel and Donna, and sister-in-law of Joyce Snider. Predeceased by husband Albert, 2 sisters, 4 brothers and their spouses.
A celebration of Betty’s life along with a Royal Canadian Legion Ladies Auxiliary service will be held at the England Funeral Home, Mount Forest on Tuesday, at 1 PM, with visitation prior to the service from 12 to 12:45 PM.
