Sean Penn Sues ‘Empire’ Creator for $10M for defamation

SEAN PENN is suing “Empire” co-creator LEE DANIELS for implying that he abuses women in a recent interview, while defending TERRENCE HOWARD.  The lawsuit says that unlike Terrence, Sean has never been arrested for domestic violence.  He’s seeking $10 MILLION in damages.
