Where are Dorothy’s ruby slippers? If you know, it could be worth $1 million
An anonymous, wealthy Judy Garland fan has offered up a million bucks to the person who can tell police where a pair of Dorothy’s ruby slippers are.
One of 4 pairs of the famous shoes were stolen a decade ago from the Judy Garland Museum in her hometown of Grand Rapids, Minnesota and haven’t been seen since.
A reward (from a silent donor in Arizona) for information leading to the location of the sparkly slippers Garland wore playing ‘Dorothy’ in the 1939 classic “The Wizard of Oz” is now being offered.
An official at the museum says the shoes were insured for $1 million and could be worth double or triple that now.
