Sugarland released their debut single, “Baby Girl”, from their album, “Twice the Speed of Life”, in 2004 and spent 46 weeks on the charts.  The song peaked at number two, and set records for the longest chart run since 1990 and the highest chart position for a debut single in 13 years.

Sugarland has received multiple award nominations, and won Vocal Duo of the Year in 2009.  Jennifer Nettles, the band’s lead singer,  received a Milestone Award, presented to her by Reba McEntire.
