He could have gone to art school, but he opted to join the US Army. He joined a musical trio and discovered his talent for performance and after leaving the Army decided to pursue his dream.
It wasn’t easy for Earl Thomas Conley and for ten years he worked odd jobs to make ends meet, while he performed at night, and wrote music.
The hard work paid off, he reached the top of the charts eighteen times, received multiple Grammy Award nominations, and became the first artist to have four number one songs from the same album.
Join me next Saturday, November 25 at 9:20, for more with Earl Thomas Conley!
